Your exact shipping cost depends on the delivery destination and total weight, and will always be quoted separately in the shopping cart. No surprises at the end of the order processing! We aim to deliver the product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your Order. We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in a few business days (2-3 days). TunisianPastry.com guarantees the authenticity of the products, as well as their conformity and the quality of packaging.
Currently, we only deliver packages to the following countries: Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and United States. For the delivery of our products, we have a partnership with RapidPoste, a service of the Tunisian Post. RapidPoste is also a partner of several international transportation companies such as FEDEX (for delivery in the USA and Canada), ARAMEX (for delivery in the Middle East), DHL and UPS (mainly for delivery in Europe).
Tracking Your Order
You will be able to track your order by visiting Your Account, signing in and clicking on Order History. We will also send you an email at each stage of the process, i.e., when the order is placed, when the payment has been authorised and then when the order has been dispatched.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 15 days of the delivery date of your order. All returned items must be in original and unused condition. It is the customer's responsibility to properly package and insure items when shipping back to us. Please make sure that delicate items are especially well-packed, and are insured for the full amount. If an item is damaged on return shipment and there is no insurance on the package, we will not be able to accept the item. Unless we shipped the wrong item or the item is defective/damaged, all costs for return shipments are the responsibility of the customer. To make a return, please use the Returns page.
Cancellation Policy
If you make a mistake filling out your address, or would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately with the corrected information. If the order has not yet shipped, we can take care of the problem quickly. If the order has already been shipped, we must wait until they attempt delivery before we can change the address. In the rare instance that a package is refused and returned to us, the customer will be responsible for both original shipping charges and the cost of having the package returned to us. We may cancel a contract if the product is not available for any reason. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for the Product.
