Ordering and Payment
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit card payment (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, etc.) based on PayPal services. You will be given ample possibilities to communicate the delivery date, messages, special instructions and more during the order process. We encourage you to let us know as much as possible because we really want to customize your order and give it all the special attention it needs.
Shipping and Handling
Your exact shipping cost depends on the delivery destination and total weight, and will always be quoted separately in the shopping cart. No surprises at the end of the order processing! We aim to deliver the product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your Order. We deliver your order right away. Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 15 days of the delivery date of your order. All returned items must be in original and unused condition. It is the customer's responsibility to properly package and insure items when shipping back to us. Please make sure that delicate items are especially well-packed, and are insured for the full amount. If an item is damaged on return shipment and there is no insurance on the package, we will not be able to accept the item. Unless we shipped the wrong item or the item is defective/damaged, all costs for return shipments are the responsibility of the customer. To make a return, please use the Returns page.
Cancellation Policy
If you make a mistake filling out your address, or would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately with the corrected information. If the order has not yet shipped, we can take care of the problem quickly. If the order has already been shipped, we must wait until they attempt delivery before we can change the address. In the rare instance that a package is refused and returned to us, the customer will be responsible for both original shipping charges and the cost of having the package returned to us. We may cancel a contract if the product is not available for any reason. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for the Product.
